Way back in October, in between applying shadow and lip colour, Tony explained how he was going to make Coco Rocha shimmer for the February cover of Flare Magazine:

“You don’t really have to do much to make Coco cover ready; I am making her brow a little bolder and giving her a golden eye and a coral lip. Since Pantone’s Tango-Tangerine is the inspiration for this shot, I am using a soft-bronzed palette to compliment that amazing electric-orange Joe Fresh skirt. It is so nice to finally start using more colour after so many seasons of neutral tones. For hair, I am doing a basic curling iron set and will brush it out thoroughly with my trusted Mason Pearson Brush to maximize shine. And that’s all!”
